6. VULSCOMBE - We call this a little gem. Made by a retired Mathematician near Tiverton, this is dense, mild and more than a little citrusy. It will drive you wild! The round cheeses are available plain or with garlic and herbs, cracked black pepper or sun-dried tomato. P. V
